What skills do you need?
Excellent writing and communication skills mixed with empathy is required for this job. Having a positive, getting stuff done attitude paired with being highly organized and an open-minded mentality will work wonders.
Since this job is based on written communication, you should not shy away from writing. You shouldn’t have any trouble using the English language.
Duties and responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over ticket-based chat and email
- Working closely with the support team and ensuring assigned tickets are responded to, diagnosed and resolved swiftly
- Qualifying and documenting the problems raised by customers
- Working closely with the product team (live and offline meetings/ conversations) and improving on the Mobiscroll user experience
- Writing and updating Helpdesk articles so that people can get the help they need when they need ti
- Writing and documenting feature requests
